ABSTRACT SUBMISSION INFORMATION 

1. Fill out the abstract submission form (linked below). Afterwards, send your abstracts in pdf format to funam@uj.edu.pl – otherwise the submission will not be complete. Include the phrase “FuNaM-4 abstract submission” in the title of your e-mail. 
   1. Maximum of three abstracts can be submitted by each participant – either for one oral and two poster presentations or for three poster presentations.  
   2. Abstracts cannot be edited after the submission is complete, and will be published as-received. 
   3. Abstracts exceeding the total length of 1 A4 page will be rejected on formal grounds, but can be resubmitted in a shortened form.  
2. Within 24 h from submission you should receive a confirmation e-mail containing unique abstract ID(s) to the address given in the abstract submission form. 
3. If you decide to submit more abstracts after completing the submission, fill out the form again and state in your e-mail: 
   1. that it is an addition to your first submission; 
   2. the file name(s) of the abstract(s) from your first submission. 
4. In case you have questions or issues related to already submitted abstracts, contact the Organizers through the conference e-mail – funam@uj.edu.pl, and include the abstract ID(s) in the title of your message.
